Self-Guided Wellness
Self-guided wellness sessions are private experiences for people who want space to slow down, settle their body, and be with themselves without needing to talk through everything.
We’ll show you how the space and equipment work, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable before your session begins. After that, the time is yours.

Small Group Gatherings
Small group gatherings are held for connection, reflection, learning, and shared presence in a calm, intentional setting.
Group size is kept small so the experience can feel more personal and thoughtfully held. Depending on the offering, gatherings may include somatic breathwork, peer support groups, guided discussion, classes, workshops, circles, or seasonal practices.
Participation is always by choice. Some people may speak, share, or actively participate. Others may simply listen, witness, or be present in the room. Details about the format, facilitator, cost, and registration will be shared with each gathering as it is introduced.


One-on-One Sessions
One-on-one sessions offer private, individualized time for those who want a more supported experience.
Sessions may include somatic breathwork, energy work, meditation, integration support, peer support-informed care, or other healing arts practices offered by Ember Grove or aligned practitioners. Each session is shaped by the specific offering, the facilitator’s scope of practice, and the needs or intentions discussed beforehand.
These sessions are scheduled in advance. Details about the format, facilitator, cost, and preparation will be shared before booking so you can decide whether the offering feels like the right fit.
